Shipping Policy

We deliver our caviar in two ways:

• London and nearby areas: Personal delivery in a freezer to ensure the caviar stays frozen. Delivery is usually available on Saturdays and Sundays, or on weekdays between 7:30 PM – 10:00 PM upon request.

• UK, Ireland, and Europe: We ship with DPD Express Next Day in insulated boxes with ice packs that keep the temperature at 0…+2°C. This allows the caviar to defrost slowly during transit and arrive ready for consumption.

• We dispatch orders outside London on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

All shipments are carefully packaged to maintain freshness and quality.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our caviar, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.

However, if your order arrives damaged, delayed, or with any issues, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to resolve the problem quickly and ensure your satisfaction.
